Adjust PHP code that read html encoded email

We use a PHP script to pull emails from an inbox using IMAP and scrape some static html elements from the body. The script has been in production and out of nowhere it stopped working. I need someone that can review the code and correct whatever went wrong. I guess it's a 5-10 min task for someone that talk PHP fluently. Access to email inbox and commented existing code will be provided at project start.
