Design and develop 2 page site - funky responsive design

I have a small project I require to be designed and developed. The design and development will be similar t [login to view URL] Two search parameters are required at the top of the page, as the parameters (drop down box and price slider) is adjusted, all the matching results should grow and shrink. The results will be venues. So it will be a picture, a price and a very short description. Once a user clicks on the result, they will see more info in a mobile friendly light box (or similar). The more information includes Name, Address, Picture, Tags, Description. The admin side can be very basic with the preferable option to upload a csv directly.
