Design and code a webside

I am looking for someone to design and code a website. It will be a webpage where my customers, or anyone for that matter, can view my Photoshop work. When someone goes to the page I want them to be able to see all of my images in a gallery and then when they click on a certain image it enlarges, usually about 400x150 pixels, and a description shows up underneath. The title of the web page is Baal88's Gallery. I would also like my contact info on the webpage. My info is as follows, [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] I have also found an example page that I would like mine to look similar to but better. The address is [login to view URL] I don't have any art that I want to use in the background. So I am hoping that you could design me something cool. I like the background of the example webpage, but I would like mine to be better. Also on the example page when the images enlarge they are very pixilated, please make mine look good.
