Changing Templates...Easy Easy!(repost)

I have a pre-created template that needs very simple changes. I just need the header title changed, and I need the navigation buttons changed. The headers and buttons areis a gif or jpeg so you'll need to be able to work with an image/header. go to [[login to view URL]][1] and you'll see that it's a 5 page website. I need those pages transferred to a simple template that is already done...and I will give to you... except... 1. I need a picture of a tanning bed that I will supply you with in the upper right corner of the header. 2. Header title changed to Royal Tan And Spa and a sub headline which I will supply you with. 3. buttons on right nav bar changed from "button" to "Directions' etc as seen on the top of the pages of the current website www.royaltanandspa.com. 4. transfer all content, metatags, and images from main pages on [[login to view URL]][1] to the template. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform html, photoshop?
