CMS and custom module Planning

We had postnuke (then named Zikula) for CMS with a custom module. The custom module was administrating all the articles we sell. We had a product page and also on the backend we had a quotation module (the visitor selected the products he wanted us to quote, and then our staff admin the quotations). This module was able to admin and add products, brands, prices, categories, tags, etc... Now zikula is obsolete, and we want some guidance to build a project then post is here on freelancer to build. This posted project is only for guidance and planning, we want to know what is best; wordpress, joomla or drupal. And also help us writing the basis on how to write and post the project on freelancer.
