Blog transfer, MT to Wordpress, apply / slight mod a WP template

I need the following done to my site ([login to view URL]): 1. Migrate from Movable Type 3.20 to WordPress. I want to get off of the MT platform and onto an open-source, easier-to-maintain blogging platform. WordPress has an "import blog site" function; I've researched it. (I am currently deciding whether to keep my current hosting provider or move to a different one. In any case, I will decide before the contract begins.) 2. Minor visual redesign/tweaking. I intend to find a CC-licensed WordPress template that I like, and have you apply it to the new blog. Then I'd like you to design a new top banner. You can see the current one now, I think it's OK. But I'm ready for a new banner. 3. Well-documented CSS for the site. I would like to ensure that I can maintain the site going forward, so I'd like you to provide some documentation for the CSS that you will no doubt have to work on. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform In last 2 versions of Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Netscape, Opera, Flock.
