A self changing site

Hello! We are looking to bulid a website that will enable people to digitally change their looks. So by uploading a picture onto the wesbite a person can enhance their look by changing their hair color, eye color, add weight to look bigger or make opposite to look slim etc... The features we are going to need is a "post comment" so a member's friend can leave comments on the digitally enhanced pictures or also on the member's profile page. Other features the site will need will be a mailbox, favorites, rate- so other's can rate which look enhancement looks better, search, maybe instant messenger, being able to add html codes to create background (like myspace) and 3 more features(which we promise arent difficult) we'll discuss with you once we start communicating about the job. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
