Linux jsp, and ASP and .net help

I have three or four working sites that need maintenance and updates from time to time. One is a linux site that uses jsp, another is a microsoft asp site and the others use some flash, some cgi script, some asp, and mostly html. I need someone who can act as my "techie" and can work from home in the evenings and will maintain these sites and make changes as needed. I want someone who loves computers anyway, and keeps up with the new stuff out there, and who'd like to do this work for me on a small regular retainer. He/She will need to check each emails twice a day, so if there is something that needs to be done, I can get it done quick, on small items. On one site, I need to add a simple shopping cart and interface it to a merchant account, maybe to paypal and for the buyer to purchase downloadable "e-books" from the site. I will need to have you upload a few of these "e-books". I will need to change some html on the site and add an email subscription entry box on every page, so a person can enter name and email address without having to link to another page. On the jsp/linux/mysql site, I need to change a function so the size of a transaction file that is uploaded by the client monthly, can be larger, and is not of fixed length. They do not want to have to delete old records, but keep adding them on. I need someone who enjoys staying current with the low and zero cost tools out there, and can give me ideas on the best way to this and then do it. I would expect that for many months there will be no more than a weekly check that all sites are working well, perhaps doing a backup, and checking for emails from me. Some months, like this month it could be more--like I have identified above. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux/JSP/MySQL, Windows/ASP/SQLServer, HTML, Flash
