Create a video slideshow

I need an experienced programmer to make a professional looking video slideshow for YouTube.com. This video slideshow will display about 75 high quality digital pictures. I will let you know the order they will appear. There will also be four to five text messages that will appear after every 20 pictures. The length of the video should be around 2 to 3 minutes long. 2 songs will also play in the background. This promotional video must be professional and high quality.
