This project is similer to youtube system(Upload, play, search..etc) however its not for a video host. We have coded some parts of the website using C++ CGI. Requirment: 1- C++ CGI Advanced 2- Linux and/or FreeBSD knowledge 3- Flash 4- PGsql The functionalitys are as the following: 1- Upload file, using excute a shell command to SWFtools to convert the orginal file to swf and saves a copy of the orginal file after renaming them both to a randomly generated MD5 name saved on the PGsql database along with the actual orginal name saving a small picture of the content. 2- Search function that will search through all the files saved on the db and shows thumbnail pictures next to each of them. 3- View file, the view file fuction will be made through flash, which will load the file from the hdd as saved on the PGsql. 4- Favourit links, recent uploads, featured upload..etc 5- User reigstration and control panel. 6- Admin control panel. 7- Multi langauge website so a file where the word pharse will be saved is a MUST. As you can see the major part of this website is done through 3rd party software and is excuted by a shell comand which won't be something more than 5 lines, we be also using FastCGI. Upon the end of this Auction I will be making another private Auction only for the invited/winning coders, which then they will have more information about the website also sign a **'Non-Disclosure Agreement'** before working/knowing more about this project. We don't requier the winning coder to make the website design, however the basic templates must be made clear for us to work on. Thanks for your time reading. How much will you charge for that? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform 1- FreeBSD - Linux Debian (Coder decides which will perform better) 2- PGsql 3- Flash 4- Works with all 6.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and 2.0+ versions of Firefox
