I need a localized Auction/Classified site made. It should have all the features of craigslist.com. *The website should have the above features plus Auction features where user can bid or buy items, pay for the items using paypal if being shipped or cash if item is being picked up. Website should have shipping features allowing user to purchase the item, pay by paypal, then have item shipped if needed. There should be features allowing seller to set shipping costs as extra. It should also have a live newsfeed that is always updating with current data to represent a \"active marketplace\" *The website should have the ability to charge for premium features and a final value fee. This is how we will make our income from this site. *There should be places around the site that we can place affiliate banners for advertising. I need a state of the art design with flash or animation to catch the eyes of users including a logo. I should have the ability to turn the premium paid features on and off and to adjust what I charge for these paid features.
