Design and css cleanup/fix

Hi, I've had some site design work done here at RAC. It has a problem at the bottom of the page where the bottom banner (copyright etc) stays where it is no matter how much content is above it. The css uses absolute positioning. This absolute positioning is a big problem and I need this fixed asap. Also the text positioning within each content area is too close to the borders, a little margin or something would be great. Also if any other design problems can be identified I'd appreciate them being cleaned up so I can get this site live asap. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
