Custom OSCommerce website(repost)

We have three PSD mock-up files for the home, section, and item pages. All of the pages of the site MUST have the exact appearance of the mock-up. All of the buttons need replaced with the same style found in the mock-ups. The Admin for the information pages should use htmlarea or FCKEditor to make the text area an RTF editor. All text areas in the Admin must utilize the RTF editor. The high-res PSD mock-ups will be provided to the selected Coder. In the attached specs it mentioned a Yahoo import. This is not necessary. The PSDs MUST be cut out correctly. No image maps! Please see the attached file for more specifications. If you have any questions about any of the specifications then please let us know right away. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) The Coder CAN NOT list this project in any portfolio not can this project be used as a reference without written permission from the Buyer. ## Platform PHP mySQL OSCommerce 2.2 MS2
