Create one page to use as a template for listings on auction sites

I would like you to create one page that will be used as a template for my listings on eBay, Amazon auctions, Overstock auctions and Bidville. I would like the page template to be css and fast loading. The header needs to have the current logo that I'm using in my listings on eBay (<[login to view URL]>), a search box and phone numbers. I would also like to incorporate the same information that I am currently using on eBay. This means a section for product information, shipping policy, payment policy, return policy, company information and contact information. However, I do not need the checkout instructions section. I will move this information to the payment section. Your design does not need to look like the current one I am using on eBay. However, I do like the colors in this design. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
