Need a complete database-driven website that Buyers and Vendors can utilize to manage: Quote requests(from Buyers) and quotes(from Vendors) Main features: Buyers post Requests for Quote (RFQ) Vendors Reply to RFQs with a quote. Track, Edit, Manage, Search RFQs The RFQs will include fields like product description, manufacturer’s part #, quantity, vendors requirements(eg must be “certified small business?? etc) User Registration and Profile Management Status, Reports, Notification for new RFQs or Quotes Database Logic and excellent User Interface Please note that this is not an auction website. Backend will be SQL2005. Open to any technologies for front-end as long as the job gets done. The most important aspect of this project is the User Interface. It must be simple and elegant. The best way to describe the User Interface design is that it must be something similar to PayPal’s website in terms of layout and design. Simple, elegant, easy to navigate, soft blue colors, simple boxes with relevant information displayed, strategically placed hyperlinks to manage things, etc. If you can design a web user interface similar to paypal design’s and approach please send a message or proposal. We are looking for a capable developer(s) for a long term relationship after the original project so they can continuously enhance and support this website with added features. Thank you
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
