Code HTML/CSS from Design

Need expert css coder to convert jpeg/ fireworks png file into an html page.? The navigation includes CSS "sliding doors" ([login to view URL]) and drop down navigation links that span horizontally below the tabs.? I have begun coding - so much of the navigation work is out of the way.? I need someone to finish the html for the home and secondary page.? ? A very simple layout.? I specifically do not want a table that is full of sliced images.? I can do this in 5 minutes.? I need a css layout with very few images so the pages will load fast. home page <[login to view URL]> secondary page (but the top will be the same as the home page) <[login to view URL]> I’ve started coding the css navigation - <[login to view URL]>? Problem is - I want the tab to show like in<[login to view URL]>? see how when the tab is selected?? And I will need drop downs just like is shown - but the drop downs will be the links in red horizontal like in the image. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working navigation and code visible and functional? in all browsers - fast loading pages. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Netscape, Mozilla, firefox, IE.? Needs to be cross browser and resolution compatible.? I purposely made this 800px wide - so screens less then 800 will have to scroll as they are very few for my audience.
