Change default player by jwplayer on videos

A script that: -Can convert the [login to view URL]'s embed to jwplayer, getting rid of the related videos that show up at the end of the embed -In the video, when you play it, a new window tab appears with a certain url. The site is already developed with the next wordpress theme: [login to view URL], what I need it's to change the embed so it can be compatible with the Myvideoblog's plugin, in order to update the content.
