CSS based 5 page web site

I need a simple web site for a boat building company with the same structure as <[login to view URL]> consisting of 6 main pages: Home, About Us, Construction, Products, Gallery, Contact. The design should be simple but cool and Im open for design suggestions. The site should use CSS rather than tables for positioning. The design must be CSS based as much as possible, since fast loading speed is important. Home Some pictures and space for text About Us A few pictures and space for text Construction A few pictures and some text Products 4-5 models with one picture and name When clicking on a picture 4-6 pictures and space for specifications Gallery 20 pictures, same concept as <[login to view URL]> It must be relatively easy to add or change pictures in the gallery. Contact Same concept as <[login to view URL]> Since all texts and pictures are not yet available, the site must be designed in a way so that it is fairly easy to add text and picture through dreamweaver. Attached are some sample pics. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional web site with all pages described above. 2) Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) Form for the contact page based on <[login to view URL]> 4) Dreamweaver templates for all pages (compatible with v MX) 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
