CSS Menu

I am currently working on a website which has a main navigation menu with sub menus. I require a CSS menu. There is a menu currently on the site which is CSs but doesnt display correctly. The menu can be seen at [login to view URL] The current menu headings are Home, Buy, Sell, Rent, Property Management, Meet the Team. Each menu currently has two dummy links in the sub-menu. What i require: 1. Main Headings to be 55px height, padding either side to be 15px, text to be aligned in the middle, and to use a background image which is located at [login to view URL] 2. On mouseover the main heading should use all of the above specs and only change the background image to the image located at [login to view URL] 3. Sub menus are to use the same color as the current menu on the site. Each link should be a mouseover using a preset background color. The mouseover should be 20px height with the text aligned in the middle. Each link should be aligned left with 10px padding on the left. 4. On each side of each main heading there should be a 2px wide graphic which is located, or a border color to help separate each item in the menu. 5. The html used in this menu should use the ul and li tags in a similar format to the current menu. There is to be NO JAVASCRIPT in this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
