Build simple array using php as function

Here is what I need. PHP Script that gets all tables. Columns for each table and Primary keys (all Primary Keys) for each table the datatype of each primary key stores them in an array and then outputs them into a text file in an easy to read text file that makes sense to the reader, i.e. Table1 Columns from table1 Primary Keys for table1 and Datatype beside primary key Table2 Columns form table2 Primary keys for table2 and Datatype beside primary key etc... There are a few small exceptions I need, First of all I don't want the table "Updates" listed. Nor do I want any table that starts with the characters "phpplayers" Nor do I want any table listed that is actually a view, they are named with a "v_" at the beginning of the name. (VT_ is fine however) nor do I want any columns of datatype "datetimestamp" displayed. And lastly, I need this as a funtion. I have included a database dump from the MYSQL database. Hopefully my instructions are clear and unfortunately I need this as soon as possible so there is only a 24hour time limit. Should be a piece of cake for a good php programmer.
