BuddyPress Promoted Members Widget / Plugin

Requirement: You are required to create a new BuddyPress widget, very similar to the "Recently Active Members Avatars" widget in BuddyPress 1.5.1 - This Widget will be called "Promoted Members". See below for further details. ## Deliverables Requirement: You are required to create a new BuddyPress widget, very similar to the "Recently Active Members Avatars" widget in BuddyPress 1.5.1 - This Widget will be called "Promoted Members". In BuddyPress when you click a members profile picture / name you are taken to their profile page. A member has a number of tabs, Activity, Profile, Messages etc, the plugin will add a new tab called "Features". Within this new tab there will be an option / button to "Upgrade" their account. On clicking upgrade the user will be directed to PayPal to make a payment of $25 (I will supply you with PayPal Sandbox details on request), BuddyPress will record a successful transaction and that user will be shown in the "Promoted Members" widget for 30 days. Once expired the "Features" page will inform the user about the expiry and they will be able to submit a second payment. While a user has this feature enable the PayPal button should be disabled and the relevant wording added. A days left countdown should also be visible to the member. Other points: - Ordering of the Members grid: Members should be randomly ordered and this is refreshed on each page refresh. - Like the existing recent activity widget the following configurable options should exist: "Title", "Max Members to show:" - The widget should run efficiently on the following versions: WordPress 3.2.1 & BuddyPress 1.5.1 - It should also be easy to update if a new version of WordPress or BuddyPress is released. - The coding should be top quality and abide by the usual WordPress coding standards. - I also do not want this Plugin released to the general public, if this is a problem then please do not bid.
