Asynchronous .NET Report Generator

Please see attached zip for detailed project description. Included in the .Core directory is a README detailing the project. This will be the basis for evaluation of the project. This project is an asynchronous report generator. The client has a massive Oracle data warehouse where report requests can sometimes take an hour to run. The purpose of this library and service is to allow users to submit report requests and track the status of those requests while a backend service actually processes the requests. Only expert C# coders with Oracle experience should apply. This project must be done quickly with very little supervision. The interfaces and data types have been defined already. The coder must be able to take those, get any unclear details cleared up, and get the work done. The coder must provide daily checkins. The core project must be completed in 3 days, with the Windows service completed 2 days after that ( barring any new requirements ) I am very particular, so expect multiple revisions. The coder must be available from 6-8 a.m. GMT -5 to discuss project details via Instant Messenger each day. Extra effort to complete ahead of schedule with success will be rewarded. This project requires approval and sign off by my client for final approval. All reasonable efforts will be made to ensure this is a timely approval. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
