Ajax, mysql, php invoicing

This is a custom set of scripts. The idea is to enable easy delivery note, and pdf invoice creation for bespoke items. I currently have a php mysql site that dynamically creates delivery Notes and invoices from items on an order (address details, and user info is pulled from the order table. the system has a page, where you enter product codes and qty's and then are added to the order. ( a Product_ID is inserted into a table along with a User_ID) The Pdf's are made using FPDF. So I need to now add a dialogue to this system that enables products to be made on the fly. and current products to be searched at the same time (so I dont get duplicates) So I need a table layout with 1 rows, and 5 columbs (Item, Code, Description, qty, Price) I want the items to auto generate by row number under the 1st row is a button, "add row", clicking this adds another row ( and the item is integrated) I can continue doing this up to a 1000 rows. then I click in the row 1 columb Code and as I type, it search the database of products by code, giving suggestions in a floating div under the field, I also want to be able to click in the description field and it search existing products as I type, displaying underneath in floating div, I also want to be able to search in the price field by clicking in it and typing a price) All search results should be displayed under the row in line with there respectives field eg, I search it finds a matching product, and it show the product code under code, description under description, and price under price, clicking this row, would insert those values into the row I was searching in. if I click the suggested code, it enters the whole of that code into the field, fills the description field with the product Name and description, enters a 1 into qty, and enters the product price into price. clicking description or price does the same. If I then edite any of the fields it auto save down a new product, (no duplicate code) ## Deliverables if when i am typing in code no match is found It enters please enter description into description field: Please enter description: "Product Name | Product Description" It enter a qty of one, and a price of £75.00, The qty will then be edited as will the price, The new code and description are then saved down as new products. (Product name is incerted into a field Product_Name, and the Description Product Descrption. This needs to auto save, have spell check on every field and hav tidy validation. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
