Access project involving forms, subforms based on drop down selection

Hi. I need an Access database created with customized forms. It will be an HR system, where the HR department will enter new hires, edit current employees, etc. The form should allow e-mail to be sent to various peopel in order to set IT, Payroll, and Security information. For example, if a Director in the Public Affairs department, then an e-mail will be sent to IT to set up specific user group information. I don't think it's a very difficult project. The database will be set up. The form design will be set, only specific details need to be fixed.
