Convert Simple ASP Website to PHP

I have a current online (NFL/American) football pool written in Active Server Pages (ASP) using a Microsoft Access backend/database. I need it to be converted into a PHP site with MySQL as the database. I could do this myself, I just don't have the time. You can see the site at [login to view URL] and logging in as 'guest'/'guest'. I have attached the code for the site in ASP form so you can see how straight forward this is. I also want to add a few features like a "what if" scenario where the admin user can enter scores for games that have not been played yet to see who the winner of the pool would be. See the deliverables section for more specifics. I need this project completed by the week before the regular NFL season begins. ## Deliverables 1) The converted site should look and feel exactly as it does today (though I am open to user interface changes if they make sense). 2) The following additions need to be made: A) Add a "what if" module that would allow the administrator to enter scores for any games that have not been played for the current week so that they can see who the winner would be under various scenarios. B) Add a Survivor Pool where each player would pick one team they think will win that week. If the team wins the player survives, otherwise they are out. Each player can only pick each team once during the season. The code needs to account for this. The ability to run more than one survivor pool each season (in case the first pool ends before the season is over) would be nice to have but is not necessary. C) The cumulative (season totals) screen needs to be able to sort the results by both player name and the total points for the season. This could be done with a sortable grid/table or just displaying the stats in two separate tables with the correct sorting order. D) The "entry form" and the "results page" do not currently sort the games for each week in the same order. This needs to be fixed. 3) Complete and fully-functional working PHP code with MySQL database creation script(s) including data from each table, not just the database schema. I should be able to install the entire system on a new server. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This website will run on a linux/unix server using PHP and MySQL. I should also be able to run the site on my localhost with Apache.
