We would like the bidders to submit a 1.5 - 3 written page tutorial on this topic so we may evaluate the bidder’s writing style (this submission may be used as part 1 of the total paper. We are really looking for a writer (preferrably a native english speaker) that will gear this paper toward beginners in the information technology and information assurance/security field. We would like to see this paper cover the similarities and the differences between each of the BSD Operating Systems, security features, common uses, and system hardening/system modifying/fine tuning the BSD family OSs are a must.
