Create eBay Store Design based on existing website

We have an existing shopify website which we want to base my eBay store design on. Basically, we want people to come to either our website or eBay store and get the same kind of design look and feel. The website uses a shopify theme purchased from the shopify store. It has all the layout code and css already written which can be used to create the code for the eBay design. The template did not come with a PSD of the design, but does include all the layout development files. The design is not graphic intensive anyway. The files have the extension .liquid, but are essentially HTML files with a bit of php thrown in. The site has a little bit of customisation, but this is generally only color changes to suit our business logo. Attached are screen shots of the design to give you an idea of the look we are after. We also have all the graphic icon files as well as a PSD of the main store logo - which other than product shots and icons is the only real graphic on the site. Experience with shopify templates is desired but not compulsory.
