Complete work on OpenCart store

Looking for am OpenCart expert to complete the work on my OpenCart store design, there is not that much left to do and just need it completing as soon as possible please, but to a professional standard where I am 100% happy. The work I need to complete is... 1) make header fixed (but not sub navigation). 2) replace home icon so it looks the same as on my website and in the same position. 3) edit sub navigation so its exactly like on my website. Also add sub navigation to all pages. 4) Add shelves to homepage so featured products sit on them. 5) make some small changes to the product page if you have any questions then let me know, please only submit time scales you are can stick to and although milestones will be created at the start of the project, the payments will not be released until the work has been completed.
