Auto generated Emails

My site needs to have 3 email features added. -- There are two types of users on the site, I need a way send an email to either type of user separately (so if I needed to reach all users, I would have to send 2 messages). -- An individual email to admin and the user who posted a project as it has ended. This needs to tie into the project (which has a timer countdown in place) That is it. The site already has features like this and IT IS CRITICAL THAT NOTHING IS DAMAGED FROM YOUR WORK OR YOU WILL NOT BE PAID AND REQUIRED TO FIX.
