code small IE utility application

We need a clone a simple IE utility application. Have already done some work on a skinable interface, with 4 skinable buttons on the left side, and some buttons on the top could be easily added. It needs to be finished and the following functionality added (See screenshot for more details): 1st button (Protection) - Takes and restores snap shots of the entire system 2nd button - IE Settings/Tools - Installs simple protection of IE - prevent installation of Active-X spyware/potentially unwanted software (extract from a database) - prevent ad/tracking cookies (extract from a database) - restrict certain sites (extract from a database) 3rd button (Tools) - View currently open browser pages - Disables/Enables certain IE Settings - Flash Killer and Custom ActiveX blocking (users can make their own list) 4rth button (Updates) - checks for updates (application version and database) All options and user configuration (like startup at system startup) should open a page inside the gui as no dialog box should be necessary. VC++ 7.0 development, with MFC. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
