Web Favorites keeper.

I am looking for a program that will fucntion very much like the favorites button in IE. I do want this to be a stand alone program that would look much like an IM client. It will reside in the task bar when minimized. You can great groups and move the links to the urls to the group. There should be a hotkey to add a url. Like in IE you do a ctrl-d. Then the user can drag the link to the correct group. If they click the link it should fire off the browers to that site. If they right click, then can edit or delete, or view. Delete of course deletes. Confirms it as well. edit allows them to view a little bit of notes on the site, as well as a passowrd and login. The password and login, as well as the notes are entred in if they edit. Hope that makes sense. I think that is is. Prefer it written in C++ .net or C#. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Works win win98 and newer.
