Multi User Voice Chat

To develop a voice chat for multi users, I looking for a programmer in Delphi. The project is for online e-learning. I can sent you my components to program voice programs with some examples. I have buy the components, but have not the time to work in and code a voice chat ... A skel is available how it should be design, but you can programm your own - source code is needed to see, how to programm a voice chat. The project uses the Indy TCP components for client/server architectur. If is possible, the project should work under Linux and Window together. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. ## Platform Windows 98/ME/2000/XP (and if possible Suse or Redhat Linux) Delphi 7 (Kylix 3)
