Debug VB6 application and find cause of access violation on msvb6vm.dll

We are often experiencing a crash when our vb6 application exits. It's an access violation on [login to view URL] (see attached for the full transcript of running the app within Numega's Smartcheck). The application is created with Visual Basic 6 (Service Pack 6) and uses several activeX controls. Some of those controls are created with Delphi 2007 and we have the source code for them. Others are commercial controls for which we do not have the code. We don't use any .NET code. You can download and install the app from www.easyjob.net. You should identify the exact cause of the exception and provide some solution or workaround.
