The Requirements : A data feed handler is required to broadcast high volumes of data from a server to webpages. The data broadcast is time-sensitive and many change / update at a rate of c. 10 to 100 updates per second. Therefore, the data broadcast is high volume data, exceedingly high volume data, each data-point may update at a rate of c. 10 to 100 updates per second. Note, the data-points are broadcast to multiple webpages in parallel, the volume of multiple webpages could be in the range 1,000 to 1,000,000 webpages at any one time, clearly each end-user could be viewing a unique webpage. Each webpage may present c. 5 to 100 data-points within that webpage. Questions : What hardware architecture is required to realise the above requirement ?
