Customer Registration Program

1. Must be Executable (.exe) format (I need to have in Install package and be able to run it and have it installed in my C: drive. 2. Company Name, Address, fax telephone numbers (Usually 1-2 telephone numbers and 1 fax),Mobile Phone, Contact Name, Company Email, Company Website 3. Registration Date 4. Number of years to be registered. (this should be calculated by months. Registration fee will be able to change. ) 5. Registration expiration reminder.( Reminder section, all memberships that expire in the current year) 6. File - (Save As,Save,Open, Print (Customers list, Individual Customer Data)) 7. Edit each field 8. Search (Customers by Company name, city) 9. Search (Invoices by Company Name, City) 10. View Invoices Issued 11. View Each customer history (invoices and registration information) 12. View Invoices not paid. 13. Print results 14. Create and print invoices 15. Invoice must contain my company logo and details. 16. On the invoice i need to be able to apply a discount on the total price as well as write some notes, regarding each invoice. 17. Print Invoices (Total number of invoices) 18. Print Individual Invoice. 19. Search 20. Software must have a presentable layout. 21. Software must be able to be modified in the future. 22. Backup all data. 23. Import older data file if for some reason current data is corrupt or lost. 24. This is a Single User environment. Registration and registration expiration for all customers will be in yearly cycles. (12 months). Example:( From November to November) If a customer registers his company in June of 2011 for of 1 year membership, then his registration will be from (June 2011 -November 2012( 18 months)). This means that if membership costs 10 US Dollars (12 months), the customer will have to pay (15 US Dollars(18 months))- Meaning - 5 US Dollars(6 months) from June 2011 to November 2011 + 10 Us dollars(12 months) from November 2011 to November 2012.
