Call Center Project: 1st this project is open to fair bids you can increase your bid than the maximum and buyer will evaluate depending on the project features submitted by the developer and other concerns. Project Content: A-Saves the following Data for Incoming Calls (Call Time/Date - Call Duration - Call Recieved by Which Extension - Incoming Caller ID) B-Saves the following data for outgoing calls(Call Time/Date - Call done by Which Extension - Dailed Phone Number - Duration - Total Cost Of Call) C- Internally switched Calls (Remote Extension - Host Extension - Trnansger Date/Time - Call Duration At Host Extension - Call Cost if outgoing) D- Capabilty to work with any PBX Phone system. E- Configuration Screen For Defining Call Cost For each Outgoing Call (Local - Long Distance) F- Voice over IP capability. G- Conferance Initialization Capability with saving conferance parties extensions(s) and duration of conference. H-Capabiliy to record the call in a .wav file using the modem attached to the workstation starting from extension picking up phone to hanging up the phone(NO Dialogic cards please). ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Deadline information -Project Must be done using Borland C++ Builder - Developer can use External DLL's done by MSVC -Any dll's except windows dll's must be submitted with source code - All source code must come with FULL Documentation explaining the code.
