Auto-Poster to YouTube and Google Video

need a program for my membership site. Here's what it should do: - Allow members to upload pictures and/or video to the site, turn the pictures uploaded into a video - Add wipe effects, and ability to add text - Each member should also have the ability to add text that will appear in the text portion of the Youtube and Google video site. (So basically you will be able to add text to the video itself and to the sites) - This should all be automated Eager to see what you can do!
