audio editing

This job requires mp3 audio editing skills. I have 43 audio tracks of about an hour and a half long. They are 56kbps or less so range about 25 megs each. They are in diferent folders on our server in one main folder. Your job is to download the main folder with the audio tracks and if the audio is 1 and a half hours long you need to delete audio so there is only the first 15 minutes of the track left. Important point: You need to listen to the first minute or so of the audio. These are recording of live online events. And sometimes the first few minutes are dead audio of people testing their mics or just doing small chit-chat. If so, then you need to delete the first minute or two. You need to start the audio when the main speaker starts. If the original is more than 2 hours then you need to leave 20 minutes. If it is less than 1 hour then you need to leave 10 minutes. THERE IS NO REASON THE AUDIO SHOULD DETERIORATE WHEN YOU DO THIS. The Hz of the existing audio should be either 11025, 22050, or 44100. You need to keep the same Hz. If the audio has another Hz, then change it to one of these three and let me know. I'll need a full version with the new Hz. But this shouldn't happen. Also in the folders on the server delete all html, htm, .swf, .xml, .txt files. leave .zip files or any images. You then need to upload the files to the server in the exact same place, overwriting the old ones. all names must be kept the same since pages link to the audio. BONUS: If you are able to improve the audio quality of both the old mp3 and new mp3 then we can negociate a bonus for you. In this case you would keep the old audio too and we would tell you where to upload it. Please specify how fast you can have this done after bid acceptance.
