Collabrative Wordpress Webiste

I want to create a WordPress based website that will be used as a cloud based collaboration tool so that users can login from any location in the world and work on reviewing the lists of information. The users will review the information and then determine if they should be qualified or disqualified. Finally there will be a way to export the qualified list in excel format. Thank You. ## Deliverables I want to create a WordPress based website that will be used as a cloud based collaboration tool so that users can login from any location in the world and work on reviewing the lists of information. The information contained in the database will be just property addresses along with some links to other websites. I have a data base in Microsoft Excel that will be converted into MySQL and loaded on the webserver. This data base file will be used to present the information in a list so that the user can go through the individual listings. The user will conduct a manual review of the data and then decide whether or not the row is a qualified candidate, for their purposes. I will need a way so that the user will be able to select which properties are qualified and which are not qualified. A simple checkmark and then a bulk actions button is one way to do it, or if each property listing has 2 buttons that when pressed will move the listing to the proper list. I want there to be a way to go back if a mistake was made by the user. For example if the user clicked on the qualified button when it should be not qualified and be able to revert it back to the original list or to the proper sublist. There should also be an area or a section for each property where notes can be placed so that when other people are reviewing the work they can look at any notes that may pertain to the given property. Then there will also be a button that the qualified database can be exported into a csv or excel file format. The display for the UI will be in a list/table format that has the following data listed: Full address Link to the Cook county tax portal for that pin number Link to the [login to view URL] for that pin number Notes - perhaps a button that opens a little text box without leaving the page These will be included in the database that will be provided by me. I have an example database file in excel so that you have an idea what I am talking about. The qualified list properties will have the following data: Owner name Address Link tax portal Link ccrd This list will be exportable into csv or excel format with the following data: Owner Name Address The priority here is the functionality of the site. I would also be open to any suggestions for this project. For example if there are any plugins that we can use to save time and money, or any other way of designing this site and application.
