Development team for .net and sql server development

Hi Everyone, I need a team of two coders, who have .NET (esp. C# or VB.NET) and SQL Server 2k/2k5 experience. I would prefer coders from former Soviet Union countries or India, however everyone else bid will be still appreciated and everything depends on your knowledge and experience. I will pay you on hourly basis $3 per hour (that's why I prefer coders from countries I mentioned). Please provide me with your CV and preferably (but not mandatory) samples of your work in this area. We will need to meet in skype or chat, so that I have a chance to test your skills.
