Design my homepage

I want a design on my new homepage. This is my requirment. To be able to get the job I need a "muck up". I want to see how my new page will look. Or atleast how it are about to look. The pages that are gonna be in my homepage are these Home About Me CV Contact Me Links I do already have a logo but if you think you can do anything better you are welcome to come with suggestion for that as well. The logo I got are transparent so it is possible to cut it into any background. On my Cv page: Here I will show my CV in "html". On this page there will be icons for diffrent formats for example: Pdf, doc, rtf so it is possible for downloading my resume. My resume will be downloaded from my xml in runtime On Contact page. Here will be information about how to contact me. Also there will be a contact forumlar where you are able to send in a mail to me. It should include spam so they cant send in alot of mails to me. On my links page: Here I will have links so my other pages I got. For example I will have banners and so On my Home page: This is the front page where I want to tell someting about myself. I got the text for this On my About me page: I will tell someting more about me If you have ideas I really want you to tell me those. What I am after is for you to SUPRISE me. The one that does this the best I am gonna choose I want this to be done in Visual Studio2008 or above. The coding should be done in C# But if I am correct I have to first start with desing and then have someone else to code it. I do have a prototype here on my computer if you need to see that please let me know. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform Windows
