Create skin for a asp.net control (telerik)

I constantly find myself wanting a new skin for my telerik prometheus controls for the window. Telerik has a pretty nice model of skins that you can modify the css and images so I dont think it will be too difficult. You will need to be really, really good with CSS and skin type things like images, png's etc.. The default telerik skin for the control I want to mod is here <[login to view URL]>? you can see on this page how easy it is to make a change skins or make a new one. Here is what i want the window to look like? <[login to view URL]>? This includes the header/footer areas and the slight shadow on the edges (png can do this) I will provide the access to prometheus for you, you will have to deploy this window to a location for me to test and beta, then finally when things are perfect i will ask for the skin folder which will include the css, and images needed. This skin should be tested in ie 6 7 and FF
