Create a site that earns $10 profit a week

want someone to create a website or group of sites that earns me $10 profit a week after any matainence, could be from adsense or other sources. I will provide hosting for the winner/s. If this project goes well will be getting more projects like this from me. prefer bids with some detail in it and would like to know if you have done this before and if you do this regulary, also need to know what ongoing work will be needed to maintain the profit. hoping this leads to a good long term business relationship.
