CSS Design-ASP.NET 2.0 Pages

I am developing custom web based business application . The Development platform is ASP.NET 2.0. I need help with ASPX pages (HTML layout, CSS styles applied to HTML and ASP.NET controls).Any C# background coding is EXCLUDED since that is done in house. In terms of styles (colors, fonts, etc …) I am providing the template, wireframe document and tasks to be completed. The CSS designer should be proficient in CSS in .Net 2.0 and should be able to place Controls in .aspx pages. The pages to be designed are around 20 aspx pages.
