Basic email app

Am looking for a contractor who can assemble the following simple application in asp.net It will enable online-users do two things 1) send email & check mail from reknown email providers (i.e. yahoo, hotmail, excite & AOL) without leaving page 2)design & build shopping carts for their product(s) as 'ad-banners' by purchasing advert time for those banners ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
