Aircraft Brokering site

I need a nice website built for an aircraft brokerage. I have atttached my notes on how it should work... They are the idea, not the total functional design... I am working on the db structure now and will attach it soon. I give bonuses for work done on time. I will provide a server and sql server for development. A requirment of this project is to keep the development site up to date so that I can see progress is being made. I reqire this because half of the Web projects that I have posted to RAC were not even started by the due date. ‘The Client' brokers corporate jet, turbo prop, and piston aircraft as well as helicopters. They also have hanger rentals at their local airport. The site must give ‘The Client’ a professional appearance and allow users to quickly see the air craft that are for sale. Presentation of the product needs to be simple to navigate, flashy, and load quickly. The target user will in most cases have broadband access.
