ASP.net & SQL Server Database(repost)

I need a website program built using ASP.net and SQL Server 05/08 database. The site requirements need to be discussed but a basic outline of what I am looking for is a program that allows users to enter in asset information and upload pictures (4-16) of each asset. Then be able to manage those assets and print out a report/download a PDF report of these assets. ## Deliverables I have attached a simple layout of some of the requirements that I think is necessary. I am also interested in whoever accepts the work help with determing the requirements, designing the database and writing the code to build the web based user interfaces that I can integrate into a web template.
