ASP.net Forum Customization - Style Sheet

I'm running behind on this job and would like to get someone to do it for me. This forum <[login to view URL]> needs to be customized with a header that I have made as well as the color scheme needs to be setup to match the header. I will provide all colors and design...I just need it implemented into the style sheet and files for the header. Please do not bid on this if you know nothing about this type of forum because this is a new one to me also and I don't have the time to learn a new program. If you want to unzip it and check it out, I'm using the free "community license" version which can be downloaded on the link above on the right side of the page. I need this done within the next day or so, so please keep that in mind when bidding as I'm running a little late on this job. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP
