ASP code snippet using LDAP query

I need a programmer to develop a small snippet of ASP code, which will be used to dynamically generate Outlook signatures. Outlook allows you to specify an .html or .asp file in place of a text-only signature. This snippet will have to be tested in this context. The snippet will query my Active Directory domain for the current user's full name and job title. All Outlook users are on a LAN and logged into domain user accounts. The connection string will need to be encrypted somehow, as this query will require a higher security level than many of my Outlook users are granted. I have read that connection strings for SQL can be encrypted and stored in the registry -- if it is possible to do that for an LDAP connection string, that would be the preferred solution, although I am open to alternatives if this is not feasible. What I am trying to accomplish here is to be able to set/change the name or job title of my active directory users, and have the changes reflected immediately and automatically in the user's Outlook signature, without any further human intervention. From what I have read, it seems like this would be possible, I just don't have the experience with ASP to do it. I must emphasize however, it has to work! If this method is flawed somehow, I would be glad to discuss alternatives, but I will not purchase code which will not meet my objective.
