ASP Registration page

I have an asp/html base registration page that stores data into an access database. The registration has two parts, one where you input your information, then based off of one of the option if you would like to apply for the second part you are taken to the registration portion for the second part of the registration. Otherwise if you dont want to apply for the second part you are registered and taken to a confirmation pages. What I need is to have a 3rd page in between the first registration page and the second registration page. This page will have the conditions of the second registration, you have the option to proceed to the second registration or skip the second registration and complete the registration of the first form. I need the graphics to look like the pages i will provide, and I need the pages to work in IE and firefox. So its a simple insertions of a 3rd page. I need this by 3:00pm EST USA 3-26-06 ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
